Return / Exchange a product:
If you are not happy with your purchased jewelry, you can exchange or return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
Item returned or exchanged must be unworn/unused and in its original condition and packaging. The original shipping cost will not be returned, and the buyer is responsible to pay for the additional return/exchange shipping costs.
*Items on sale, specially designed or personally engraved items can not be returned or exchanged (unless received with any defect).
If the order has arrived damaged, please contact us for instructions how to get a replacement (As each item is hand made to order, please allow small differences than the pictures shown on the website).
Getting your refund:
After we will receive your returned item, we will inspect its condition and email you with the refund options (paypal or credit card refunds). Please allow 14 business days for processing you refunds.

We strongly recommend a traceable and insured shipping service and we will not be responsible for any loss with the return shipping.
